Highlighted projects: ✴️ - First CRM experience (2016) was being handed an Infusionsoft account and told "we need this managed by someone else". I was able to clean up the naming system, reporting, automations, and tagging to a point where the system was easily understood and handed off to another CRM tech to manage the small day-to-day operations. When I started the project, the company was a small 6-figure company and is now a multi-million dollar company. ✴️ - Advanced Ontraport/Gravity Forms school registration: Client was manually registering parents and students for extra curricular learning. I was brought in to set up an advanced registration system that could be automated. I set up a Gravity Form with Nested Forms (for students). All parent data was added to the student records and sent to Ontraport. Student s were of all ages, with different types of programs. I set up a 4-part registration automation in Ontraport that check whether the newly added record was a parent or a student, it would then split the contacts into a secondary automation that then tagged and triggered follow-up automations for both students and parents. Emails were all personalized with the correct fields for parents and students. Registration is now very simple and automated. ✴️ - WPFusion set up: I was hired by a local golf course to rebuild their website when it was accidentally deleted a few months before golfing season. After getting a version 1 website set up, we moved into a member/executives system set up with a free Hubspot account. Members added to the WordPress site were added to a list in Hubspot and given certain access via WP. Executives however, were added to their own list and given access to a completely different WordPress site (confirmation emails managed by Gravity Forms, instead of Hubspot). Each site is managed by Hubspot/WPFusion/WordPress to only show content to members logged in based on the contact list they belong to in Hubspot ---------------------- Personal Stuff: I grew up on a farm in Alberta Canada, started my working career in the automotive industry, and then due to amazing people in my life, I've found myself in the CRM and tech automation world. I love projects that are impact-focused. If you have a product or service that is focused on making an impact and a difference in other's lives, we are most likely a good fit. I've been told that my main zone of genius is taking all the complex pieces of your project that are scattered on the table, putting them together in a simple and easy to use way. It just works.
