    I am a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Forestry and Nature Conservation from the University of Rwanda, coupled with practical experience at African Parks, AGRIWIN Ltd. and Kanyinya Sector, I have honed my skills in conducting Research, managing and nurturing plant life, and engaging with rural communities. My role at African Parks involved Research project on collecting qualitative and quantitative data about local ecological knowledge on wildlife and human co- existence around Akagera National Park. My role at AGRIWIN ltd. involved tree nursery care, data analysis, and greenhouse management, activities that required meticulous planning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. My tenure at Kanyinya Sector provided me with hands-on experience in forest landscape restoration, agriculture extension activities, and wildlife management My experience in guiding customers in the selection of tree seedlings, coupled with my proficiency in using GIS, GPS, and remote sensing software, has equipped me with the technical and soft skills necessary to foster the growth and development of a team. In addition to my technical expertise, I am fluent in French, English, and Kinyarwanda, which will be invaluable in engaging with diverse communities. my research experience in evaluating agroforestry tree species and conducting academic research in wetland management has instilled in me a deep appreciation for sustainable agricultural practices and community engagement, skills that will be instrumental in driving partner engagement and expansion strategies as part of the role.
