With an experience of over 11 years in Customer Services, serving both Global and Romanian customers. For 3 years I worked as a customer service agent on several projects: billing department on AOL; technical assistance on Romtelecom; sales department on Sprint. I was trained in an international Call Centre called Computer Generated Solutions and during my activity I was occasionally a top performer and because of that I provided also support for my colleagues to help them meet their targets. Here I created several procedures, product files, technical wireframes for both the internet platform and mobile app, helped creating and improving the presentation site, and went into several User Acceptance Tests. In my free time I coordinate the Erasmus Student Network Sibiu section and volunteer at various social organizations, both on local and national level.
