Also, aside from handling escalations or supervisor calls, I also do monitor the phone queue (Telegate) and back up on answering telephone calls especially if all of the consultants are engaged in a call. I also do Manual bookings over the phone using GDS Sabre and Abacus and/or online through our website.
I also answer customers email inquiries i.e new booking quotes, meals, seat assignments, baggage, walking through our website and other customer inquiries that comes in via email or through our CRM (Zoho), changes and cancellation quotes and processes, Refunds, travel insurance quotes and policy issuance, airline schedule changes, managing queue bank and back office accounting SAM (Sabre Agency Manager) to create receipts and invoices/Tax Invoice.
