During my apprenticeship I learned a lot about customer service, how to deal with angry, difficult or special customers and situations. I learned how to react on every type of personality. My favorite challenge is to turn an angry customer into a happy guest. Also working in other shops, but also as a Holiday Rep I had the chance to learn more and more how to give the best service in any situation, also to keep calm while the customer is shouting at us for no understandable reason.
