    I have over 15 years of sales experience, in both B2B and B2C environments. My early sales career begin with direct sales, in cars, timeshares, and financial services. After that, I went into B2B sales eventually ending up at a Marketing Agency where over time my role evolved into the Director of Sales and Marketing Strategy. After COVID-19 I worked with numerous Marketing Agencies as a freelancer to great success, more often than not, I was able to close more deals than the agency had the production ability to produce. Being frustrated with that process, I moved into the SAAS/Start-up world where I developed a track record of quickly becoming a top performer and optimizing the systems and process. A few of the highlights of this time are: I Worked with an online wine company; When I started the average rep was selling about 500 bottles a month. I was able to increase this number to over 2,000 a month, and have most of the process automated. This led to them transitioning most other sales teams to more of a client success role, while letting the best-performing salespeople focus solely on sales. Over this was a decrease in monthly salary of about 100k, with a 3x increase in new business. I worked with a Health Insurance Startup that served small businesses. At the time of my hiring, they had just secured a new partnership with QuickBooks and had access to all of their small business customers. The primary KPIs for each rep were seven meetings a day with a 40% close rate. After a couple of weeks of learning the insurance industry and its internal processes, I was able to close 20+ new clients a day per reo. This was done using only existing systems and led to the company reworking the structure to increase the number of new businesses closed daily by 5x. Lastly, I worked for a Unicorn Startup (1 Billion ARR within five years) in a hybrid AE/ Sales ops role. Within one month I broke the former record of new customers in a month (formerly seven) with a first-time booking of 22 new businesses. It's a bit of a humble bag but I did this while taking two weeks off while I was on my honeymoon. I used their existing systems, and rolled out my process to the rest of the sales team, Our Rev Ops estimated an increase of 5% in new business monthly pre-AE. This was a huge achievement considering there were over 60 AEs in the company, and this was a month-on-month increase. All of this experience has given me not only more sales experience than the average rep but also a deep understanding of the systems and processes that make teams successful. As a freelancer, I now focus on Closing roles and developing and optimizing sales systems and teams.
