    I am working for more than 7 years in the IT industry. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and at this moment I am currently studying at the master's degree in the same field of science. I am currently working on Salesforce both as a developer and as an admin. I have 5 years of experience with this CRM. What I've done so far: - customize the environment (tabs, detail pages, layouts, record types, new objects, etc) - validation rules for deployment - triggers and process builder flows, based on Apex controllers - custom report types - reports and dashboards - assigning custom permissions to users - Apex classes for different assignments - Visualforce pages and Apex controllers - Scheduled Apex classes - Lightning Aura Components
