    1 billion 2023 software company – I changed the way they handle their relational data. 1.1 billion 2023 real estate company – I changed the way they set up their website and intake members. 2.55 billion 2023 financial company – I have out preformed their algorithms and got them to change their data output. 300k Quoting Software – I created a spreadsheet that was faster, easier, and more efficient and accurate than their software. Have saved over 7.4 million in labor hours for 2 of the companies I have worked for. I have taken a weekly 8-hour task from one of our sales team and broke it down to a 10-minute weekly task. She would have to print out reports on Mondays and Fridays and compare them with previous report to find and changes in quantities and delivery times and update our system. I simply created a macro that compared the two reports within a matter of seconds, rather than her having to visually compare them. I have discovered a fault in one of our fleet vehicles fuel consumptions within a minute of gaining access to raw data fuel rates. Something that had went on for years without my access to the raw data and the individuals holding the position overlooked, which lead to corrections in our data processes and the arrest of an individual. Not only did the individual get arrested for fuel theft but I was able to inform the Colorado Bureau of Investigation that the data reflex’s that this individual is running drugs. I was correct on that, when they did the arrest, he was also caught and convicted more so with the drugs possessions and distributions or methamphetamine than the fuel thief. With this fuel theft I was tasked to create a process that would help prevent any fuel discrepancies in the future. I created a process that not only prevented future discrepancies but exposed current ones and out preformed our fuel credit card company’s check. So much so that I was tasked to work with the credit card company to help correct their system to be a backup to mine. I was able to quickly identify that hours in the pivot table did not truly reflect what the actual data represented once tasked to improve a report. This effected the output and time allowance of critical operations and budget management to the design team. I have created a spreadsheet that not only out preformed, but was more accurate then the companies three hundred thousand quoting software. It also gave instant pricing as opposed to the software having to have manual calculations preformed, leading to a thirty-minute delay in getting customer pricing. I created a process that increased productivity by 66% in processing SAP work orders, saving the state over four hundred thousand per year in man hours. Invited to ESRI headquarters in Broomfield CO to discuss what I was doing and how I did my mapping system for the state fleet vehicles, which resulted in ESRI changing their import data format in Arch GIS. One of my first positions with the state was to enter in fuel consumption and mileage data into SAP. I would have to estimate that I cut that process down by 60%, by getting the data to match our credit card data and piggyback the SAP upload. This became a statewide process as well. I have been told by a respected peer that I utilize Microsoft Excel better than anyone that they have worked with “and I’ve worked with a lot of people”. I have been told by a contractor that came to train us on Microsoft SharePoint that “I have trained thousands of people, and I have never met anyone that uses as many Microsoft Excel formulas and functions in one spreadsheet as you have”. My CEO was told (after presenting my new and improved spreadsheet) by our IT manager that “you could shop a thousand software’s and you're not going to find one that does what Aaron's spreadsheet just did.” I also have a patent for my process improvement.
