I also support call tracking integrations if that is a business driver as well, including CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, WhatConverts, etc. I am familiar with more niche systems as well for bookings (i.e. Calendly and Acuity), several chat vendors (Drift, Tidio, Intercom, Intaker, LiveChat, Olark, etc) and specific form builders (i.e. Jotform, Pardot, Gravity, Contact Form 7, etc). With all the latest user-privacy regulatory considerations to abide by now, server-side tracking is now becoming more of a need instead of a nice-to-have. I have been working more heavily with server-side tracking configurations in GTM as a result. This includes sending server-side data to GA4, as well as the FB CAPI.
