Accounts Payables: • Processing different vendors invoices (PO/Non-PO, Credit and Debit Notes) and sharing the same with the payments team to make their payments region wise. • Was handling queries related to the Invoices, Vendors and PO Creators. • Taking care of the type of POs- Standard PO and blanket/limit PO to process the invoices through SAP tool. • Processing Non-PO invoices with their specified GL and WBS codes. • Maintaining a report of Non-PO GL and WBS codes and updating the same if received confirmation from the WBS owner for that specific vendor. • Taking care of the deleted invoices which were in parked status and clearing them from the vendors line item. • Working on Service Now tool tickets to process the OTVs & EVPRs and resolving queries from the same too.
