I have Customer Service and Communications Specialist background for both Business to Consumer and Business to Business interactions from my 5 years working for fast-paced multi-national companies such as JP Morgan Chase & Co., Comcast, and Google from 2010 to 2015.
I decided to work remotely in 2016 and got into the eCommerce Industry. Since then, I have worked as a remote/virtual Project Manager in team environments, with an extensive focus on eCommerce Operations. My tasks revolved around ensuring the smooth day-to-day flow of our Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Marketing, Web Development, Product Research and Imports, Supplier Coordination, and Social Media Departments.
