SUMMARY:
I'm a tech savvy older millennial that's been marketing and co-running businesses for over 20 years. I have a background in sales and customer service, and I'm able to basic graphic design and web editing.
I grew up in a family business, and I've been helping and selling customers for as long as I can remember. Although I stepped out of my family’s business over a decade ago, I still step in to help from time to time. Most of my marketing efforts are for a long-time client that sells on a national scale, and freelance clients from time to time.
My marketing experience is around 60%B2C and 40%B2B. Due to the companies I've worked for, most of my experience is with Fitness and Weight Loss for B2C and Advertising for B2B, but freelance work and consultation has put me into many industries.
I'm a Jack-of-All-Trades Marketer, and I've had people refer to me as a "1-Man Marketing Team".
A CRAZY, THEORETICAL EXAMPLE OF SOMETHING I COULD DO:
You might say, "I want to sell vacuum cleaners to people that just moved into new homes in Tennessee."
Based on that, I could do some client research, purchase a domain name, host a Wordpress website and create a content/landing page, sales page, upsell pages and thank-you pages using LeadPages or Elementor. From there, I could write or outsource writing for the content piece, write all sales copy, create Keap email campaigns or AWeber follow-up sequences for various segments of people throughout the process, including emails that upsell your advanced vacuum cleaner accessories and replacement vacuum cleaner bags.
The next step would be to create Facebook tracking pixels and attach them to each page and create or outsource creation of Facebook ads for prospects, buyers, multi-buyers, and people for every step of the way. From there, I could click "go" on the Facebook campaign, and I could begin split-testing different ads on different audiences at different stages, and split-testing different email headlines and calls-to-action, and split-testing different copy on landing pages.
Based on the reporting information inside your Keap application, I could even be there to provide insight into whether a new radio advertisement is going to work better in Memphis or Nashville, and I could advise you on what message and offer would work best, based on actual numbers we have in your system.
Then, I could setup visual stat dashboards in Databox to track all of your web visits, ad conversions, sales data, and more — all updated hourly — which you and your team could view anytime you want to make changes.
Next, I could setup a ticketing system for you with Zendesk so that you could route all of your incoming calls to your cell phone without ever giving out your personal cell — and you could track and record every support call received by any of your support staff.

WHAT I'M NOT:
-Full-Time Graphic Artist: I'm capable of building ads, but I'm not the best out there. Not even close! Other people create better art, and they do it cheaper, too.
-Web Developer: I was great with HTML in 1996, but things have come a long way since then. Technology has allowed tech-savvy people like me to build websites from scratch, without touching a line of code. I can purchase a domain name and have a fully functional page ready for customers. If you need custom code, or want to create a plugin, I'm not your guy.
If you want something scalable that anyone can use, I can help.
NOT SURE ABOUT USING ME?:
Talk with me. I'm available via phone call, text message, or through Upwork. I'm also comfortable messaging over just about any other platform. I’m not new to Upwork, but it’s not my primary income source. My main goal is to give you service worthy of a 5-star review and improve my reputation here on Upwork.
