As a recently graduated film student (both B.A. Degree and Honours Degree), I have barely even stepped into the world and the thought of this is rather intimidating. However, the drive and passion I have for the Film Arts is enough to remind me that this is where I belong in the world. Growing up, I always had my face buried in a book, constantly soaking up information. Even to this day, it is nearly impossible to pry me away from a good book (my most recent obsession being space). The exact same can be said for my love of filmmaking - nothing attracts me more than the mad chaos of a busy film set. When it comes to writing, my most prominent skills would have to be character creation and world-building, two factors which can be seen as the most integral elements in any story. My other interests include photography and creating concept sketches. Deadlines are absolutely sacred to me. Even though I've only had experience writing stories for college and fellow students, I strive to have my work look as professional as possible. I've always been a perfectionist regarding any work I produce. Many people have said that this only serves to slow me down, however, I consider this to be my strongest trait. No work is done unless it's perfect.
