I enjoy the challenge of changing peoples opinion of a company from a negative one to a company they would recommend to others. Whilst at Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions I helped various departments, whilst there I helped with fulfilment from the Leeds United Website orders, this included inputting orders, amending them and dealing with some complaints. During our peak time at Christmas we replied and dealt with 4000emails in a month between 2 people. Other roles within Mosaic were helping the Charity fulfilment this included again inputting orders, but mostly data entry due to the nature of the charities this had to be accurate and done within a timely manner. The charities were often large well known charities so maintaining their reputation was paramount. I am a fluent English speaker and hold GCSE grade A in both language and literature. I have 9 GCSE grades A-C and 3 A-Levels grade A-B, I also hold a diploma in Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice. I have recently completed an online course in E-Commerce in order to widen my knowledge base, along side completing my TEFL course.
