I’ve been fascinated with language since discovering ventriloquism as a child. I developed a passion for acting and character voices. After two years of theatre studies at university, my interest in language turned academic. I earned a bachelor's degree in French from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master's degree in Linguistics, with a specialization in second language education, from Université Laval in Quebec City. During my graduate studies, I took a particular interest in accents and pronunciation.
