Overall, I am responsible for the administration of contractual data requirements and play a key role in the life of our programs. My critical function in this role is to retain, review, process and submit large quantities of data to customers per contract requirements and to ensure each data submittal has the correct export control and proprietary markings to adhere to contract or governing agreements. My previous experience was years working at a top Workforce Development company in California. This helped me get the foundation I needed for handling government and supplier contracts and data management skills. I also was a project manager who handled several projects as well as a couple programs while at this job. A testament to these skillsets are my successful projects such as involvement in the Advancing San Diego initiative. As a part of the project, I created a Talent Demand Report on the results of this initiative. This report is a result of aggregating, interpreting and summarizing quantitative and qualitative data from the working group I oversaw. I also was a project manager on a pilot project that is helping immigrant and refugees learn English while doing occupational training. This project includes extensive data collection and data entry to track and understand the value of the project needed in reporting to the funder. Another project that involves in depth data collection, entry, analysis and organization is reporting I do to the State of California twice a quarter. These reports involve thousands of rows of data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets sent in from multiple colleagues. Once all the data is received, I input the data in a preset format, analyze and organize to meet strict standards set by the State. Along with these skillsets, I also bring soft skills critical in work being done efficiently and with excellence.
