COMPUTER VISION: Identifying Warm Leads Using Bing Maps and Computer Vision - Created a computer vision model that detected houses that are eligible for solar panels by analysing Bing Maps; this helped the company target their marketing more effectively. 3. NLP: Review Analysis to Improve Service: Developed a system that analysed customer reviews for a bicycle rental service, enabling them to identify the main issues in each region. This helped them improve their service and grow their business. 4. DASHBOARDS: Created various dashboards and the dataflows behind that using a variety of tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, SQL Databases etc) that went onto dictate business decisions that lead to substantial business growth. 5. AI: Custom In-House AI: Developed an AI-driven chatbot for a tech firm that leverages RAG systems to provide precise technical support by retrieving documentation and historical tickets to generate tailored solutions for user queries.
