    Hi! I am an experienced analytics consultant with Fortune 50 experience across multiple industries and have been doing Tableau development since I was an undergrad at The University of Georgia. I have spent the past 4 years in analytics consulting doing everything from Tableau/PowerBI development to building data models and data warehouses to building ETL pipelines. Starting off as an intern at Anthem Healthcare, a Fortune 50 healthcare company and the second largest company in the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, I worked heavily with many teams in various departments. Some projects I've worked on include but not limited to: finance, headcount, IT system health, cybersecurity, claims processing, and agile metrics. Once I completed my undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, I was offered a position as a Business Intelligence Developer at Anthem which I promptly accepted. As I continued to develop reporting pipelines for various teams, I started to gain notoriety for my skills. Back in February 2020, I received the IMPACT Award. This award was nominated for me by senior leadership for exemplary work in the analytics space. A few months later I would go on to achieve my Snowflake certification. Afterwards, I've moved on to another insurance company where I would gain more leadership experience. At Hiscox Business Insurance, I took on the role as a Business Intelligence Architect. I led as an expert in data strategy by laying out the foundation of a three-year data transformation roadmap. Outside of those responsibilities, I led company-wide training sessions monthly to turn employees into Tableau power users. Currently, I have been acting as an analytics consultant with 4 years in the space with various companies such as Nike, Apple, and Slalom. I've successfully completed a wide variety of projects ranging from several week projects to year long projects in FinTech, Health Insurance, Retail, and Technology. While many people have Tableau skills, many do not have the skills to make beautiful AND effective dashboards. This is where I feel I separate from the pack. Having worked at multiple Fortune 50 companies has provided me many skills, both technical and soft. I pride myself in being transparent in the work I do but also being the business translator turning requirements into technical solutions and vice-versa. My technical/programming skills include: SQL, Informatica, Databricks, Alteryx, Tableau Desktop and Prep, PowerBi, Salesforce and Python. I've worked with many different data sources including, but not limited to, Snowflake, Salesforce, Databricks, S3, Salesforce, SQL Server, Excel, Sharepoint, Teradata, Oracle, and Marketo.
