My most recent position as a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Global Associates has been instrumental in honing my sales and marketing skills. Since January 2023, I've been at the forefront of lead generation, employing various strategies such as cold calling, direct marketing, email marketing, exhibitions, and promotional events. Additionally, I've undertaken the crucial task of developing and maintaining a sales funnel, ensuring its constant relevance and accuracy.

I served as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Learn By Fun Publication Pvt. Ltd.from January 2022 to July 2022. This experience allowed me to explore the world of customer support management. I had the privilege of managing a team of dedicated representatives, ensuring the smooth functioning of customer service operations. My responsibilities extended to resolving escalated customer complaints, establishing effective policies and procedures, and standardizing service delivery through training and quality control measures.
Before transitioning to the field of business development and customer support,
I held the role of an HR Recruiter at Sai Job Consultants from February 2018 to June 2021. In this capacity, I managed the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing profiles through job portals, headhunting, and networking to conducting initial screenings and coordinating reference and background checks. My role also involved liaising with clients and vendors, ensuring the seamless scheduling of candidate interviews, and conducting salary negotiations. To embark on my professional journey,
I began as a Junior Accountant at Shree Ji Traders in February 2017, where I played a pivotal role in financial management. My responsibilities included data entry in Tally, encompassing sales purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, and the preparation of debtor and creditor statements. I diligently processed invoices, expense forms, and payment requests, contributing to the company's financial integrity.
