I've been a recruiter and an HR rep for over 20 years. My strengths are in candidate & hiring manager relationships, ability to recruit for a broad range of industries, and being incredibly flexible to meet changing hiring needs. I'm a certified behavioral interviewer, and am proficient in all the major ATS.
