    I started my journey with Concentrix as a customer service representative for a Telecommunication industry in Australia. We handle queries such as Billing, Service Product Maintenance (rate plan changes, enabling/disabling roaming features, etc), Admin (change of ownership, merging accounts, etc), troubleshooting and some upgrades on customer's plan or account. During those days as a customer service representative, I was able to hit our metrics or targets so I was able to get incentives. My calls were nominated as one of the fab calls and won which can share best practices to others. Eventually, I became a subject matter expert (known as an SME) wherein we handle agents their queries as well as their escalations about a specific process. I supported agents whose on training and still guide them when they were endorsed to the production area. I evaluate their calls, coaches about their goal, where they at (reality), options for them to reach their goals and ways how to reach them. We also provide them feedback and some tips on some process and how to handle different types of customers. I also became a Customer relations officer which is our highest point of escalation , before we call our customers we make sure that we have already analyzed, checked the account, reviewed what the concern is and prepared a probing questions or a possible resolution that fits to customer and company needs. This is to make sure that the customer will feel that we dont wasted their time repeating what they have mentioned before or to save their time, we'll ne able to gain their trust right away since they are confident that we already know what the issue is all about. We also send them emails with the resolution provided or offered of they're not satisfied with what we offered for documentation process and if they're not able to talk over the phone. If the customer refuses our resolution and if they have escalated it to the Ombudsman, its our responsibilty too to call the Telecommuncations ombudsman in Australia to give them a heads up on what happen during the conversation. Then I was trained for a teamleader training assist role, I was able to fully understand how leaders should handle their agent's needs. I do the most important part of it which is to help them grow by coaching the agents, listening to their calls so we can discuss what's fab and things that could make the call better. Helping them to think of the right mindset when working and making sure that they know the metrics and create action plans to help them to achieve it.
