It was not necessary but I love extending my assistance to customers to provide them good service. I also did sales for Microsoft Store where in we sell different Microsot Products like Operating System, other Microsoft Application, Laptops and X-BOX. I was with Microsoft for almost 2 years. I left Microsoft to pursue different career and joined Sony wherein the team handles Chat Sales. We do consultative Selling, product promotion and order processing. I was trained to handle 3 chat windows at a time. After up selling we process the order if the customer is already interested.
