Familiar with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using multiple methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. * Expertise and extensive knowledge implementing, modifying, and developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test data, test executions, and test scripts for manual solutions as well as automated testing while ensuring that proper business compliance standards are being met. * Expertise developing, analyzing and training on business requirements, functionality, and technical specifications. * Expertise in independent validation and verification of manual/automated testing with emphasis on integration testing, functional testing, white box testing, black-box testing, grey box testing, regression testing, backend verification, load, performance, stress testing, and user acceptance testing. * Expertise analyzing defect severity, using defect tracking and defect reporting using Jira, PeopleSoft, and Netsuite. * Experienced with SQL queries for data migration, data manipulation, data validation testing, and back-end testing of databases to check the integrity of data. * Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written ability to communicate with people at all organizational levels. * Knowledge of quality assurance and best practices and an ability to provide mentoring, coaching, and development of employees. * Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using the root causes analysis along with the ability to adapt and learn new things Technologies Quickly. * Expertise managing a team On-Site and Off-Shore.
