I retranslate ancient written texts as an author and historical consultant. My work is ground-breaking and because of this, my books are in research libraries of important universities around the world, including but not limited to... • University of Southern California (USC) • Princeton University • Cornell University • University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill • Antioch University • University of Oxford in the UK • Addis Ababa University (AAU) in Ethiopia • The Vatican Library in Vatican City • Universidad de Deusto in Spain (a Jesuit university and Spain’s oldest private library) my first book was the result of identifying the living language of the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs (it is not a "dead" language), publishing a mini-dictionary of nearly 700 words matched between the hieroglyphic language and the living language that I identified. After that, in 2014, at the request of Egyptologists to see the living language vocabulary reflected in actual hieroglyphic texts, I decided to retranslate the entire hieroglyphic portion of the Rosetta Stone. I showed the living language I identified in use by retranslating word-by-word the complete hieroglyphic portion, which to my surprise was translated 99.9% accurately. The ancient Greeks translated the Greek message at the bottom into the living language I identified, written in hieroglyphs. Then in 2015, a special book series was written, "The Ethiopian Culture of Ancient Egypt," at the suggestion and guidance of Will Slattery, an editor at Social Studies School Service, a middle school textbook publisher/distributor. The special book series was written for readers young as middle school students. Then earlier this year (2019), after publishing many other books and retranslations, I published a retranslation of plate/section 1 of the Papyrus of Ani (attached), showing how modern Egyptologists completely missed what the text actually says concerning the grieving wife of Ani, clearly reflected in the paintings of her on the papyrus crying, with tears streaming down her face. The corrected translation of the ancient text said the transporting of the two of them to Ani's tomb must be done in secret. A painting clearly shows Ani's wife on the sled transporting his mummified body to his tomb.Technical TranslationEnglish to Hebrew TranslationAcademic TranslationEditorial Translation Want to browse more freelancers?
