In my roles as a Project Administrator and Business Process Analyst, I was tasked to understand, analyse, and model the existing ICT procurement and contracts administration process. With the range of tasks handled, I developed a strong experience in conducting business process analysis; identifying and implementing the process changes; develop an in-insight into the gaps and challenges in the process, provide expertise on the process limitations; and act as a technical liaison between the various business units.
