    I recently left my position as a Quality, Policy, and Training Specialist for a workforce development agency so that I can pursue some personal creative projects, but have about 20-25 hours a week to spend on freelance assignments. In my previous position, my tasks included: researching, understanding, and synthesizing government policy and industry trends; training staff on these policies and trends; monitoring staff work for adherence to policy and quality standards; creating custom reports; etc. Prior to that, I employed as an Employment Specialist, helping people from all walks of life find satisfying careers. I have a liberal arts background but am technologically savvy, and am very comfortable with software such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Excel. I have taught myself a fair bit of Python and statistics; in general, I'm focusing on building skills in data analytics that will augment my administrative and human service skills.
