That's not how I'll ever run MY shop. That's right. If you are not pleased with my work, you'll get your money back, no questions asked. -Questions and Answers- Q: Is your money-back guarantee indeed a money-back guarantee? A: Yes, as long as the contract is still active and as long as you let me know within 72 hours of paying me that you want the refund. Q: Is your turnaround time for 1000+ words really as short as twelve hours? A: It is, but we're talking just a first draft. But it typically doesn't take long for revisions. Even if revisions are thrown in, it would still only take roughly twelve hours for 1000+ words. If we're talking ghostwriting a book from an outline, scale that 1000+ to 10000+ since I can usually do something like a book at a much faster pace. Just remember that I need an outline for that much volume. Q: What are your rates? Are they negotiable? A: You should be able to see my hourly rate on my profile. As far as a per-word rate goes, I typically charge $50 to $75 per hour, or $.09 per word to $.25 per word, depending on how complicated the project is. Most of my rates are negotiable. However, I will never work for less than $15 per hour or $.05 per word. Q: Do you have editors? A: I edit all my work myself. However, I do sometimes outsource work to other writers whom I know and trust if I'm dealing with a lot of volume. I then edit what they have done. I'm totally transparent about this, too. Q: Do you also edit/proofread? A: I do! My first job on Upwork involved editing and proofreading. I am happy to take on such a job again. Q: I'm in school. Can you do my assignment for me? A: No. I WILL, however, assist you in whatever writing you need done to get INTO school, like a personal statement. Q: Can we work off of the platform? A: No.
