This included running and terminating wires in new construction and installing racks, servers, switches, routers and over 120 PCs per organization. I tested all new hardware and software, wrote necessary manuals for each system and trained hundreds of employees and local administrators. • Provided remote tech support to company administrators throughout the U.S. for server related emergencies. • Installed 17 PBX phone systems in 15 offices and call centers and helped reduce telephone costs by 80%. • Replaced an old legacy system running on multiple dated servers with zero backups to a custom-made server farm with numerous redundancies and backups as well as terminal services set up to manage traffic. • Created, programmed and installed a softcopy filing system based on QR codes to mirror and replace a decades-old hardcopy filing system.
