    My name is Ralphael Quinto and I've been in this industry for about 3 years now and I've worked on different campaigns. My first telemarketing experience was as an appointment setter and sales agent for a Life insurance company. What i did was i made outbound and inbound calls to qualify customers for insurance products. We did our best to help customers understand Life Insurance policy benefits and terminologies. My second experience was for an Auto Insurance company - we gathered information through a business to customer Process or also known as B2C. And we were obliged to get their information such as date of birth, email address, contact number and their car information such as the YEAR, MAKE and MODEL, date of purchase, current car insurance and the annual mileage of their car. Also, I was a Sales Agent for Sun Communications Inc. It's a wholesale provider of Purchased Services. My job was to call prospects, make them aware of our services and get them to switch to us for merchant and telecom services. I mostly called healthcare facilities. We were required a minimum of 200 calls per day, and we sent reports at the end of each day with good results and we had to be persistent and as detailed as possible for the client was strict with this matter. Eventually, I had the chance to work as a customer service representative for Amazon where I learned how to communicate well with customers and different types of people. I also learned how to understand them in a way that we could communicate professionally. I currently work at Transcends Outsourcing Group as a telemarketer for a real estate campaign where I call potential property sellers and set them up for an appointment with my boss. This campaign has helped me master Mojo as I use it to auto dial everyday.
