    Helping others and providing exceptional customer service is something that I strive for. I try to follow the golden rule so I treat guests how I would want to be treated when I visit stores and resorts. One of the most fulfilling parts of working as a Cast Member is to create magical moments for guests and helping them in any way that I can. Additionally, I worked in various positions at the store such as: performed events, processed the products that arrived during shipment, and set the store up by moving fixtures and products. I eventually became a lead sales associate at the Disney Store and led other Cast Members to properly carry out the mission statement and uphold the values of the company. I also created daily sales goals for the team and kept track of the progress every hour to analyze the trends to ensure that the goals are met in a timely manner while maintaining a consistent workflow. Additionally, I was responsible for the shipment that was delivered to the store. I had to ensure that the correct number of products were ordered based on either the available inventory, the demand of the product, or how many hours were given to us that week. After I ordered the shipment, I would schedule the necessary number of Cast Members needed to accomplish the job based on how boxes were ordered. Lastly, I trained new Cast Members to ensure that they performed the correct techniques of processing each box safely and efficiently to meet the required number of boxes processed per hour. Overall, I worked effectively with other sales associates and management team to create a collaborative and supportive work environment. I left the Disney Store in June 2021 to participate in the Disney College Program in Walt Disney World. I worked at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort as a part of their food and beverage team. I worked in various positions such as: seater, food runner, stocker, and busser. I also maintained the highest standards of the Five Keys - Safety, Show, Courtesy, Efficiency, and Inclusion.
