Being part of the BPO industry, I have learned about Customer Service and have been part of the training and quality department. It has been my job to check English proficiency of my trainees. Trained them with the product specifics, foundations skills training and as well as updates and upskill training. I do paper screening and proof reading for my back up QARs and back up trainers before they submit their reports, output or email to the clients. *Microsoft Office proficient
