Six months ago, I got hired as a part-time admin assistant. I am helping this client manage his social media accounts. I do assistant coordination and lead management. He is planning to promote me to a full-time administrator (which is another achievement for my team!). Right now, I’m still working with all of them but with the help of my outsource VAs’. I am building my own outsourcing agency, where I delegate tasks with my team to help me manage multiple clients. As of today, I have two assistants, and I plan to add more as we progress.
