    I translate from EN (UK/US) and JA into IT and the subject matters I am specialised in are tech, engineering, informatics, science and tourism. I offer Italian proofreading services as well. As a freelance translator, I have been working for more than 5 years on a variety of projects both for agencies and for end clients. In addition, I took part in an internship at a translation agency in Northern Ireland (UK) as part of my Erasmus+ Traineeship programme for six months. During that time, I received extensive training in using CAT tools, such as SDL Trados and Wordfast, while working as an in-house translator. Furthermore, I double-checked the translated documents in order to guarantee that the translation was consistent and appropriately formatted before the final delivery. I apply the knowledge gained from my past jobs and from the cultural exchange projects of my university years to translations. In particular: (April 2015 - March 2017) I worked as a tourist office clerk in Naples historical city centre. (September - November 2013 ) "Boston pal project". I had meetings with students of Boston University on a weekly basis in order to practice and improve speaking and conversational skills while discussing a variety of topics. (October 2018 - April 2019) Internship at Stealth Translations Ltd.
