    I have worked in the customer service industry as a technical support agent for 6 years and as a quality assurance (QA) analyst for 1 year. Most of my clients are from USA, Australia and New Zealand where English is the primary medium of communication. I made sure that these emails and incoming chats are responded to within the turnaround time agreed between clients and the company. I made my way up after a year and got promoted to senior technical support specialist. I coached and assisted Level 1 agents on technical issues and processes when needed. I also handled various key accounts and provided utmost priority to these customers in order to meet the service level agreement without compromising the customer experience. In this type of job, I learned to multi-task as I need to accurately document everything that transpired on the call while simultaneously using appropriate tools, checking database, or coordinating with the right department. The goal is to quickly find the proper solution while utilizing the time spent on the phone. Being a registered/licensed nurse, I attended to patients' needs and made sure that proper treatment as ordered is being carried out correctly and timely. Like most staff nurses, I am assigned to manage patient care interventions, handling documents, paperwork and charts. I am adept in using the computer, printer & internet. I am highly familiar with using Google Drive and MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. I am also well acquainted with a few CRM applications such as Siebel and ICBM.
