    I remember an event in my life when I was just a kid. I watched how the leaves of a Eucalyptus tree were being blown by the wind. It was a gloomy afternoon and the quite dark sky was about to pour rain from heaven. Contrary to the desolate atmosphere during that time, I realized that I was indeed witnessing a dawn in my life heralding the emergence of an art that would soon shape my life, my personality, and my spirit. The art I am referring to is called "Poetry." Life in itself is a poetry. To write a poem, you have to face your innermost being. You need to feel every word, every line and every stanza you write. My major skill is creative writing and this is my passion as I'd been writing feature articles and poetry since I was a student. My passion for writing lead me to the Public Information Office of the Department of Public Works and Highways, a regional government agency that is in charge with building and maintaining infrastructures. I worked there in 2009, writing press release and different publication for office and public consumption. At first it was a challenging job because the literature I'd been writing in such office was highly technical. I had to learn engineering and architectural terms that weren't familiar to me. Eventually, I was able to blend the terminology and jargon in my style of writing. I also worked as a blog writer for Evolve Marketing Group. It was my first job as an online writer. My task was to produce a 350-500 word articles on stamped concrete overlay, pool deck, patio and tablet accessory. The purpose of writing those articles was for search engine optimization. It was a great job because I got plenty of rooms to apply my creativity. I mean I had to write same topics for a number of articles so it would mean I had to write them creatively and through different angles. Aside from these jobs, I also worked as a customer service associate/representative and technical support specialist from different call centers. Hence, I acquired the skills that are highly valued in the BPO Industry such as customer service, issue resolution, technical prowess, attention to details, data entry and analysis, and research. Currently, I am working as a technology solution content writer.
