    I am seeking a role that requires the following qualities: organized, efficient, detail-oriented, prepared, planner, multi-tasker, and creative. About a year after I graduated from Rice University with my MS in Subsurface Geoscience, I landed a job with a Norwegian company (Statoil) at which their Houston branch was only a couple of years opened. The recruiters were looking for a candidate that would be easily teachable, moldable, and one to work their technical work in both a quality way, but also take a scrutinizing look at the processed and offer advice to improve said processes to make the Houston hub most successful. I did just that, reorganizing databases, networking with Norway, presenting technical presentations multiple times to hundreds of colleagues from all over the world. I also helped develop best practices that hadn’t been created yet in order to facilitate the growth that the company eventually experienced over the years, I then was offered an opportunity doing something completely different with a start up in property management. They had recognized that the processes they had in place were clearly not working to their highest potential and asked me to come aboard to assist. After building my own team with processes that I revamped from the ground up, I find myself looking for an opportunity to utilize the skillsets I’ve developed in a slightly different way. I thrive when I have a multitude of tasks to oversee or complete, where I have the flexibility to improve efficiencies and implement them and solve problems, all the while having to stay organized and punctual with deliverables. I’m very much looking forward to the next opportunity to make a significant difference in a company’s performance and growth.
