After building my own team with processes that I revamped from the ground up, I find myself looking for an opportunity to utilize the skillsets I’ve developed in a slightly different way. I thrive when I have a multitude of tasks to oversee or complete, where I have the flexibility to improve efficiencies and implement them and solve problems, all the while having to stay organized and punctual with deliverables.
