For as long as I can recall, I have genuinely loved the past and exploring all things old. This curiosity never left me as an adult as I pursued my education. I received my BA in Anthropology and History, and my MA in Museum Studies with a concentration in Art History. I have experience working in different types of museums and in museums of varying sizes. I have worked in both the collections and exhibitions side. My longest full-time position was as an exhibition coordinator in an art museum. In addition to extensive museum experience and education, I also have experience in teaching and tutoring. Sharing my love for history and museums is a passion of mine and I love inspiring young minds. I have experience tutoring, one-on-one, and in small groups. I also currently work as a standardized test scorer for ETS. In my museum positions, I always put an emphasis on education and developing fun and informative programs for our younger visitors. I also have experience teaching children's art classes and summer camps. Finally, I am also an excellent researcher and writer. I love research, especially if it is about a topic I love! I'd love to help you with any of your research/writing/editing needs on the topics of history, art, culture, museums, anthropology, social sciences, or anything tangentially related! I currently work several jobs remotely, so working remotely is not an issue for me! I'm very independent, organized, and driven.
