    Hello! If you are looking for a perfect translation from English or German into Spanish… You are in the right place! I have been working as a translator for over 10 years, first as Localization Manager for big companies and now as a freelancer. Yes, 4 years ago I decided to move to the countryside and work independently while living in the most idyllic place. I am highly experienced translating technical manuals, medical and scientific texts in general. During my career I also worked as software and apps Localization Manager and in the gaming translating industry. But I also enjoy improving marketing texts so they have the best performance in search engines, transcreating and adapting texts so they sound their best in Spanish and also, I am a creative and colorful writer if that’s what’s you are looking for :) The best of all is that I am REALLY FAST and ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE. You won’t regret working with me, that’s for sure ;) A bit about my education: I have to start with my early education. In highschool I studied ancient Greek and Latin (besides German, English and Spanish). I really think it is worth mentioning because I am sure that was the foundation of my praxis. The six years I spent translating Latin and Greek texts as a teenager really made me the great translator I am today. After that I went to college and got a Masters in Philosophy but I kept specializing in translating philosophical texts from Latin, English and German into Spanish. After finishing college I moved to Germany where I enrolled in a masters in Comparative Literature. My masters offered the possibility to specialise in academic translation, so I did that adding to my curriculum a two semester class on translation German-Spanish and a four semester class on Multilingualism where I learn to read and translate from English, German and French. After I finished the second masters I started working as a translator! But my formation didn’t end there. Besides the experience of working daily with a translator team, I did several courses and trainings. Among them: Translation Quality Management, Specialization in Medical Translation, Technical German, CAT Tools: Memsource, Trados and Across, Subtitling and Media Translation and Software Localization Tools. And I keep training myself, discovering new tools and tricks to work faster and better. I have many happy steady clients but I am always looking for new challenges!
