In conjunction with my sales missions, I created, edited, and translated product sheets for the company’s website. I also provided professional level English-to-French and French-to-English translations in order to improve communications with our foreign clients. In 2016, I started working as a freelance translator (English to French) collaborating, translating and writing online website content (profiles, blog posts, newsletters, sale sheets, FAQs, product descriptions) for a bilingual startup based in Lyon. I developed the communications scheme by generating original French content, cultivating online customer relations, building the brand together with my American collaborator and, on the business side: drafting a coherent commercial strategy. While I am not currently writing, or translating under contract, I work to cultivate my spheres of interests, which can be narrowed down to sports, travel, international business, English and French reading, music, and media.
