    As a lover of languages and learning, with a passion for grammar, education, and writing, I am open to working in a variety of fields, including instruction, curriculum design, translation, proofreading, and copy editing. In high school, I was initially disqualified at a language competition because judges thought I was a native speaker. Also, in high school I was chosen for the French Award and the Bank of America Foreign Language Award. My interests include linguistics (I speak some Spanish, German, and Assyrian), dance, writing, art, music, travel, photography, history, and spending time with my family.
