I feel that my extensive experience in the marketing field, medical representation, supply chain management, through Eman Drug Store, a medical supplies company, Al Layan Food Supplies, a foods supplier, Metlife Aleco, a health insurance company, has prepared me for a role at the . Over a period of one year plus, I worked on providing intense workshops all over Jordan covering the added-value of our products and raising awareness regarding the importance of acquiring the products we offer. For instance, this involved commencing workshops discussing breastfeeding awareness and risks of diabetes. I was also responsible for providing financial forecasts based on stock available, new products pricing, and monthly sales reporting to aid the supply chain framework and to predict a product’s lifetime. Furthermore, I was in charge of eight promoters in terms of monthly scheduling for marketing efforts in pharmacies and exhibitions in Jordan as well as administrating our social media pages. Within Al Layan, I was successful in preparing, auditing and filing of incoming shipment documents then inspecting and assuring the items arrived match with the sent documents through coordinating with Jordanian Customs and Clearance official bodies. I also provided weekly reports using a program called Crystal Report covering nearly-expired items, slow-moving items, and products healthiness. Monthly reports covered insurance aspects and licensing as well. I was in charge of controlling the information needed to successfully implement the Pipeline Methodology for accurate stock flow. I exclusively operated the Geat Plan System that allowed me to define all items at hand and new items expected, warehouse storage availability, directly form and connect purchase orders with respective suppliers. My communication, and timely follow up skills allowed me to excel at my work in Zain during my university years and I have acquired in-depth experience at Metlife Aleco regarding quality assurance of their filing system. It also worth mentioning that I served as the Managing Director for The Royal Village Festival. Finally, I believe in my ability to utilize my experience and Master’s degree in IMS successfully if given the chance to work at .
