I started my professional career 13 years ago and I have worked with world renowned multinational companies like Unilever where I managed to change behaviours and mindset within management and blue-collar cadres by creating awareness and implementing tools; also changing culture in remotest factories of the organisation, educational institutes, personal business and social work. I realized that my passion is to make difference by creating awareness, training and coaching and help others grow
I’m a certified coach, member of the International Coaching Federation and CCA and attended several other training sessions on Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Trauma Informed Coaching, Productivity and Mindfulness by world renowned teachers such as Tara Brach, Tony Robbins, Peter Levine, Janina Fisher, and Dan siegel.
All of these years I trained, coached and taught 1000s of employees or students, developed effective systems and reviewing mechanism.
