I started my supply chain career with my "boots on the ground" working various floor level supervisors roles and acting as the site Industrial Engineer when it came to major projects. I then went into a Lean Six Sigma consultant role taking on various network wide improvement projects. After that, I was then put into a development program where I was tasked with reviving multiple struggling parts of the business. I went from Inventory Management/Customer Service in a fast paced Chicago market to owning the Outbound Operation spanning over the entire state of Florida. My success in those roles quickly moved me into taking over for the 2 operations in Texas managing both Dallas and Houston outbound businesses simultaneously. I have taken all of those experiences and transitioned into a strategy role to lead the execution of automating warehouses in aa supply chain business. Leveraging my deep understanding of supply chain operations and my Industrial Engineering/Process Improvement background I have evaluated, piloted, integrated and executed numerous robotics deployments to increase safety, quality and productivity in warehousing operations. The business heavily relied on me to design solutions that made sense for the business and work directly with out application "build" team to ensure the integration matched the business requirements. I am looking for any opportunity to leverage all of these skills and become and asset to and organization that is seeking help in their supply chain journey.
