I also worked in Fraud department (one of their non-voice account) as Fraud associate wherein I analyzed and investigate fraudulent bookings, send awareness report to higher management regarding fraudsters and fraud bookings. I am very flexible in time, persistent, dedicated and responsible when it comes to my work and determined to learn and do whatever tasks or projects given to me.
