Common issues here are product and order inquiry, billing and deliveries. I also worked with Digital River. They sell online games and ant-virus and are based in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Alaska. We assist product and order inquiry, billing and deliveries issues. We support email as well and we have to answer at least 200 emails per day. Then I worked with Ebay North America Sell and our callers here are sellers who're having issues with error in listing, billing, and deliveries. My last BPO experience is with Vivint as a Technical Support. Vivint is a Home Security System company. I was trained in 3 positions. First was Technical Support wherein I troubleshoot non life impacting equipment such as door window sensor, carbon monoxide sensor. Then I was trained as Advanced Technical Support wherein I troubleshoot life impacting equipment such as cameras, door locks, and thermostat. Lastly, as an Upgrade Agent and my additional job here is to persuade customers to upgrade, add equipment or for new customers is to avail our plan. If the troubleshooting didn't work out, I have to set up a technician appointment and for new customers, I have to set up an appointment for installation. I also worked as a General Virtual Assistant . I was a Lead Specialist and Social Media Manager. My client is based in the US and he is an event organizer. We had 2 campaigns. First was a bazaar and I had to look for lead prospects like small business owners and online sellers who would like to join the bazaar. Once I have their contact information, I need to call them through Ooma, Whatsapp, and or Viber. I also contacted them through email and Facebook messenger. Once they agreed to join the event, I will be setting up an appointment for contract signing and discussion about the event and contract. The second campaign was the Wine Festival and I had to invite and look for wine vendors who would like to join the festival. Same responsibility with the bazaar wherein I have to contact them and set up an appointment for the contract signing once they agreed to join with us. Next is I was also a Social Media Manager wherein I had to create Social Media accounts for the 2 campaigns. I had to create flyers and posters via Canva for the promotion of the 2 events. I also used Google Sheet and Google Docs for our contracts, lead information and other information of the client. I was able to learn as well in setting up an appointment using Calendar and Google Calendar without being confused in different time zones. To be honest, this was my first experience as a VA. It was really hard for me since there is no training at all unlike with BPO wherein everything is provided. But I’ve learned a lot because I was able to maximize the use of my resources. I used Google, and watched some vlogs on YouTube to learn how to use Google Sheets and Canva. I also asked my friends and sister who have a background with this type of job. I also had an experience as a Cold Caller. The campaign is about a cleaning service company in the US and I have to call at least 200 leads per day and make at least one successful appointment. This was also my first experience wherein I have to do hard selling. I even searched for rebuttal statements and unique strategies on Google just to be an effective Cold Caller. I recently worked with Connempathy as a Fashion Consultant. Connempahy handles 4 online shops that are based in the US such as Savage xfinity, Fabletics, Shoedazzle and Fabkids.
