• Worked as Technical Support Analyst helping the clients to setup the campaigns and troubleshooting technical issues like tag implementation, creative preview, content, and ad setup in the server.
• Resolve ad serving issues on the publisher pages.
• Verify the tags implementation, assist the clients to traffic the campaigns on different ad servers i.e DoubleClick Bid Manager, DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
• Investigate discrepancies between different ad servers and help clients understand the counting methodologies.
