    My eperience in my previous job was , I was a production techinician for 4 years in cleanroom process., my job is loading and unloading the product, i need to get the target everyday shift with zero downtime, i learned aslo basing teouble shooting in the machine like, initializing the machine, start up, shutdown na machine . I was certified , Laser process process,nozzle attached process, film inspection, washing and rewinding and greatblass process blasting the wafer. Secondly, i was hired as a Lead Teachnician for 6 years, which is more jobs to do , Start of my shift i need to check and double check the turn over of the previous shift, the delay, the target output, manning, machinr downtime, the materials and checklist. Being a lead teachnician i was handling a different kind employee different kind of behavor and attitudes you need to be more patient and equal treatment of your team. Manning in the production is very important because you can not hit the target if thier was absent or luck of manning in the every area .you can proceed the production smothly. You need to find someone and ask those cerified teach to extend thier time or make overtime if not you can take over the to do the process. Everytime the ouput done you to monitor and deliver to other production process so that no delay and no idle time happened. Yiu need also to monitor the machine diwntime, if that specific process experiencing machine downtime you need to call the attention of assigned engineer to assist the problem .I was also assigned to fill the overtime, sick leave,vacation leave,maternity leave, paternity leave, overtime,undertime, and set meaning to the team for any uodates in the production what thier concerns and suggestion to improve the process. Third and last job, I was hireda as a secretary to our new production director. My job was more chalenging and hectic schedule you need to praper everything , all kinds of reportings , Production Inside and Out, compliance (output/target), All department manager and supervisor planning , production budget, materials from small to big you need gather all the data, all engineering department , production budget, planning, machine downtime and materials you need to gather it all. I was also connected to finance ang logistic department for the Purchase Order processing from filling to approval to releasing. You need to follow up everything . I was connected also to HR department to get the attendance monitoring, AOls and in all department production department and engineering. You need monitor everything . To set all the Schedules of directors meeting, department meeting, the conference room, invations meeting, snacks and attendance. All the meeting agenda's you to send to all , all the data you to write down, take note everything , to follow up evrything, update everyday the director office diagram.
