Fourth quarter of 2022 when I decided to take on a Unit Manager role in a banking line of business where I received an award on my second month as the Top Unit Manager for December 2022, January 2022 and March 2023, not to mention before I got transferred to this banking account I was also awarded as the Top Team Lead for the 4th Quarter of 2021. Now that I am a Client Success Manager, I act as the point-of-contact to the clients and the staff at the same time making sure I am able to provide the support they need.
