    Currently a Sr IT Project Manager (3 yrs and counting), and 10+ years prior to that as an IT Business Analyst. Prior to that I spent 3 years as a software trainer while also taking a regular on-call rotation with the support team. Prior to that I led a Data team for 2 years, where my team and I were responsible for cleaning up the data in our proprietary inventory system and developing processes to keep it clean after handing it back to the business. As for non-IT experience, I was a warehouse manager for 2 years prior to joining the IT team. Prior to being the warehouse manager I was the shipping supervisor, and prior to that I worked in our stores, including being part of the new-store team that would travel to new stores and prepare them for grand opening. Proficient in multiple tools, including: Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Confluence, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, and several others. And although I've never been a software developer, I am very proficient in SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio. I would use it in my support role to help diagnose issues with stored procedures, functions and reports. I even wrote several reports and stored procedures myself.

    I graduated from Georgia State University in Dec. of 2020. My area of study is Computer Science. As a former student, my experience with coding and past IT internship has allowed me to develop skills in the areas of data analysis, Analytical report making and presentation. Other than past internships and work, I have gained customer relations, customer service, and communication skills through a cashier position at Publix, as well as a waiter position at an old cafe named Shiraz. In the coming years I hope to work in a business/IT environment and enhance my analytical skills in order to compete in a professional environment to help grow both the business and I.
