As a college student, I worked as an administrative assistant for multiple offices on campus. When I graduated, I worked at Enterprise. Most of the pre-work for rental customers include calling and answering phone calls, scheduling and rescheduling reservations, and filling out and filing lots of paperwork. In my current job, I have continued to do the same thing while also doing more cold calling, grant writing, booking hotel rooms and rental cars for faculty within the office. This is my favorite kind of work because it keeps me busy and gives me something to focus on.
